Case Manager Focus Area
The console above shows the numbers. This space is for how we show up: calm, fair, and clear for everyone involved.
Before opening the next case, take a breath, set your intention, and use this as your quick mental checklist.

1. Your Queue Today
Use the console above to see what needs you most. New cases and overdue follow-ups should come before deep-dive reviews.
- Scan for new cases that haven’t been acknowledged yet.
- Check for items marked awaiting your reply or past the target date.
- Pick a realistic batch for this session (for example: 2 new, 3 follow-ups).
- Set a small intention: “For this next case, I will be calm and precise.”
2. How We Handle Each Case
The pattern is simple, even when the details are not. If you feel lost, come back to these four beats.
- Hear the story. Reflect back what you understood in your own words.
- Clarify the ask. “What would feel fair for you in this situation?”
- Invite the business in. Neutral summary, clear questions, and a timeline.
- Move toward options. Refund, fix, apology, policy change, or learning for the future.
3. When You’re Not Sure What to Do
Some cases are heavy, sensitive, or confusing. You’re not meant to carry those alone.
- Pause and note why it feels difficult: legal? emotional? religious?
- Re-check our internal policies or previous similar cases if available.
- Ask a second Case Manager or the team lead for a quick gut-check.
- Escalate according to protocol instead of pushing through alone.
